We collect information required to operate and maintain high-speed developer services:
- Account Details: Name, business email, contact number, and billing details provided during registration.
- API Payload Data: Ephemeral HTML, URLs, or image files sent to endpoints for document generation or face verification.
- Usage Telemetry: Request counts, status codes, response latencies, and IP addresses for rate limiting and security monitoring.
2. How We Use & Protect Your Data
We process your data strictly to deliver API services, authenticate requests, calculate usage quotas, and safeguard our infrastructure against abuse.
Zero Data Retention Policy: For HTML to PDF rendering, files are generated in ephemeral memory and discarded immediately after delivery. For AI Face ID, images are converted into non-reversible mathematical vector embeddings encrypted with AES-256; raw facial images are not retained.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data. We only share data with trusted infrastructure providers (such as AWS and payment gateways) strictly necessary to process payments and host cloud nodes.
