Welcome to VINAR TECH. By signing up, accessing our website, or using our developer APIs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. API Usage & License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our APIs in accordance with your chosen quota tier. You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure.

2. Payment & Billing Terms

Billing is processed via secure payment providers including PhonePe and authorized banking networks. Usage exceeding monthly free tiers is calculated at the agreed pay-as-you-go rate. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise quoted.

3. Service Availability & SLA

We strive for 99.9% platform availability. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible. Enterprise custom agreements may specify enhanced uptime SLAs.

4. Limitation of Liability

VINAR TECH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
