Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing VINAR TECH software services and API solutions. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Digital Software & API Services Policy

Due to the nature of digital cloud services, API consumption, and instantaneous provisioning of computing resources, all completed purchases and usage credits are generally considered final.

2. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your pay-as-you-go or custom recurring subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by notifying customer support. Upon cancellation, your API keys remain active until the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

3. Erroneous Charges & Billing Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy are granted in instances of duplicate charges, billing calculation errors, or technical system failure directly attributable to our infrastructure. To request an investigation, submit proof within 7 business days to info@vinartech.com. Verified refund claims are processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 business working days.

This policy is governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
